Self portraits that portray a reoccurring nightmare about losing someone that I love, but also have a complicated relation with. In the dream I can see them suffering, yet I am not able to reach them. They cannot hear or see me, as if there is an invisible wall between us or my senses have stopped working. They pass away and I wake up, feeling locked up in my body.
